Working in an administrative function can be very demanding. These are the people who keep Viscenda running, no matter what. Whether it’s the Head of Technics, the Secretary, or the President, to name a few. Every role in this category is system‑relevant. They read your emails, manage finances, discuss your concerns, manage business matters, organize meetings and shootings, and keep everything moving. They need to stay informed and always be ready to put in a little extra work when necessary.
A very important category for Viscenda is the background work. sound, VFX, costumes, editing, web design… these are just a few of the tasks handled by our background roles. People in these positions work in the dark so others can shine in the light (yes, that’s an SCP reference).
There are multiple departments within the background work category, each of which is described in more detail below.
The Technic Department is responsible for determining which equipment we need and ensuring that everything stays up to date and in perfect working condition. They also manage all lighting solutions and play an important role in handling practical effects. Their work ensures that every production runs smoothly, both behind the scenes and on set.
The Design Department transforms ideas into visual reality. They craft logos, business cards, flyers, posters, and support the development of our web design. Their work shapes Viscenda’s identity and ensures that every project looks as good as it feels.
The Communication Department is divided into two parts: one working in the background and one that is highly visible. Here, we focus on the background team, which supports the administration by answering inquiries, handling networking tasks, and reviewing applications.
This department is all about movie magic. Whether it’s editing a film, creating visual effects, or mixing music and sound effects — these are the magicians among our background workers.
Our on‑stage work category includes a wide range of functions; from camera operation and acting all the way to social media posting.
